Highway 62

Convention was good, but I don't have the energy to blog about it. Mostly because I got a call from my wife informing me that the water heater had exploded. Okay, so I need to go home and help her out with that, since the water's off and that kinda sucks.

But, you see, I need a car to get home. I walk back to where my car was parked only to find an empty parking space. Due to excellent customer service on the part of the parking company wanting my 20 bucks even when the please-don't-tow-my-car-because-I-paid ticket machine was broken, I was under the impression that it was okay for me to park in said lot. Sure, I'd get a ticket, but that would get cleared up later.

Well, I indeed got the ticket. Which was on the windshield of my car in the impound yard. Please don't ask how much it cost. Between this and the water heater dying after only three years of use, it looks like I won't be buying any art this year. Sigh.

So, yesterday ended not so good, though I took some nice pictures, including this one. The way things are looking, I won't actually be blogging about the show until it's over. But I will keep tossing pics into the photo pool, so take a look, why doncha.
